Discover a Whole-School Wellbeing Revolution (Without Overwhelm)
Your school isn’t failing, it’s just been under too much pressure for too long.
Maybe your staff and pupils are exhausted, stressed, or disconnected. Not because they lack resilience, but because they haven’t had the time, tools, or support to restore balance.
Let the SUNRISE begin! A trauma‑informed, teacher‑led wellbeing programme built to transform KS1 classrooms through gentle, sustainable practices.

Why Fresh Little Minds SUNRISE Works…

What is FLM SUNRISE & who are the FLM SUNRISE Coaches?
FLM SUNRISE Coaches deliver the full PDMU Curriculum in classrooms, these are trained teachers. All activity is aligned and mapped to the KS1 curriculum to make life easier for teachers, freeing their time to focus on the needs of their children.
- The programme is play based, supported with fun theatrical films, discussion topics, art, movement and creative activities.
- Teachers can flexibly deliver the programme e.g. weekly from September to April, or within a single term. All sessions plans are provided, enabling schools to choose the best delivery method.
- Once a teacher is trained, they gain lifetime accreditation, and the school retains ongoing access to the resources included.
Each participating teacher will receive the following resources for their classroom:
