Jayne Ferguson

Jayne Ferguson is a dedicated holistic therapist and part-time nurse with over 30 years of experience in the NHS. She began her journey in healthcare as a general nurse in 1991 and expanded her expertise into holistic therapies in 1999. Jayne holds a diploma in Reflexology and a postgraduate qualification in Colour Therapy with Reflexology. She is also attuned to Reiki Master level and trained in massage, systemic kinesiology, and mindfulness techniques as a Connected Kids teacher.

With more than 20 years in holistic therapy, Jayne is passionate about supporting children and families in managing stress and anxiety. Her approach integrates physical, emotional, psychological, and nutritional care through muscle testing and systemic kinesiology.

At FME, Jayne offers workshops focused on systemic kinesiology techniques to promote relaxation and help families navigate life’s challenges. Her goal is to bring comfort, care, and hope to those in need.

Outside of her professional work, Jayne practices self-care through wild swimming, meditation, and mindfulness, and cherishes time spent with her family and energetic springer spaniel.

“I want to help create amazing campaigns and projects to help young people in their lives because I believe that young people need to have a beacon of hope within their lives, and for some people, the only light they can see is FME. I want to help them where I can, especially for those who need it most.”
