ANTRIM RELAXATION THERAPIES
Holistic Family Wellness Workshop
Jayne Ferguson is a holistic therapist offering workshops in systemic kinesiology, a gentle and effective approach that supports wellbeing across the physical, emotional, psychological, and nutritional aspects of health.
Using muscle testing, systemic kinesiology helps identify imbalances in the body and restore harmony. It can benefit the whole family, particularly those experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, promoting calm, balance, and better mental health.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This three-week programme teaches families practical kinesiology techniques to support each other’s wellbeing at home. Through a combination of systemic kinesiology exercises, muscle testing, and lifestyle guidance, participants learn how to:
- Understand and respond to stress and tension in the body
- Support family members emotionally and physically
- Use simple techniques to promote balance, relaxation, and calm in daily life
Each session is designed to be interactive, hands-on, and applicable to everyday family life, giving you tools to enhance connection, resilience, and overall family wellness.

Money should not be a barrier to accessing mental health community support so therefore, limited free or subsidised spaces are available for those most in need.
Donations are also welcome.
