Baby Massage dates added!
We're thrilled to share the exciting news that our highly sought-after baby massage classes are back with brand new dates, promising an enchanting experience for both you and your little one. We understand the profound significance of nurturing the parent-child bond, and our upcoming sessions are designed to promote the benefits of nurturing touch between parent and baby, encouraging bonding, attachment and the flow of oxytocin to create a peaceful and harmonious relationship between the two.
Parents are guided through a new IAIM stroke each week by Tracy the facilitator and topics that stimulate conversation between parents will be introduced towards the end of each session Also provided are a bottle of organic massage oil and handouts so that massage can be offered at home.

ABOUT TRACY
Tracy has worked in mental health for going on 17 years with all sections of the communities within Northern Ireland. She has experience in sexual health, sexual orientation, mental health, birth rights and well being programme delivery.

|
|
|
|
Tracy trained in 2023 to become a birth and postnatal doula, an instructor in IAIM infant massage, a 3 Step Rewind for Birth Trauma Practitioner and completed training in birth biomechanics to assist women to get baby into an optimal birthing position.
Tracy is also trained in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention and NEXUS – Break the Silence on Sexual Trauma training.
Most importantly, Tracy is also a mum of two small children so understands the challenges and rewards of parenting.
