At FME, we are a small team with limited capacity so we are seeking people who are:

• Competent and experienced in their field

• Independent self-starters who can work with minimal supervision

• Committed to high standards and accountability, working within FME systems and processes

• Collaborative and able to contribute positively to a close-knit team

Motivation – what is your motivation for choosing to apply to FME, where within the charity do you see yourself contributing best.

Competency – your skills and experience aligned with FME’s priority areas

Independence – your ability to work as a self-starter, including your supervision requirements and any training needs

Team Working – how you contribute to a collaborative team that relies on shared systems and clear communication rather than unnecessary duplication. At FME we use tools such as SharePoint, HubSpot, Teams, Microsoft 365, Canva, Google Docs, WordPress, Groundwire, manual indexes and workplans, email, and phone. Please demonstrate your ability and comfort in working with these or other similar systems.
