Cancer Support Group
Valerie Crozier-Nicholl runs a Cancer Support Group on Mondays at 10am-12pm and another session from 6pm-8pm in our HeartSpace off the Greystone Road, Antrim.
Anyone on their own cancer journey is welcome to join the group.

A bit about Valerie
Valerie is an Emotional Wellbeing Coach, helping people go from Stressed out to Chilled out using a number of modalities such as NLP, EFT, Meditation, and Hypnotherapy.
Valerie is a cancer survivor who recognised that work had taken over her life and with support, she made the changes necessary to create the life she wanted for herself. Now she teaches others the tools that can help them change their own lives for the better.
