Uses

• Soak in a relaxing Epsom Salt bath by adding three to four drops to bathwater
• Mix three drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a soothing massage
• Mist the oil in any room to promote a centred and calm mindset
• Apply one drop to hands and rub together; repeat as needed throughout the day

Directions for Use

Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with ≈ 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with ≈ 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.
