Uses
- Soak in a relaxing Epsom Salt bath by adding three to four drops to bathwater
- Mix three drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a soothing massage
- Mist the oil in any room to promote a centred and calm mindset
- Apply one drop to hands and rub together; repeat as needed throughout the day
Directions for Use
Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with ≈ 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with ≈ 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.
Cautions
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying.
